This property consists of 280 ac. of river bottom ground, with approximately 200 ac. of timber and 80 ac. of CRP, with food plots of corn, soybeans, turnips, rape and wheat. These are 5-day hunts with lodging. There must be at least 4 people in your group for this property. Antler requirements for the property is 8-pt or better.

Prices: Pre-Rut: Sept. 17–Oct. 19,2007 – $650 per person.

Rut: Oct. 22–Nov. 8, 2007 – $1200 per person.

Rifle: Nov. 10–Nov. 20, 2007 – $1750 per person.

Muzzleloader: Nov. 23–Dec. 2, 2007 – $1200 per person.

Post-Rut: Dec. 3, 2007–Jan. 15, 2008 – $500 per person.

Spring Turkey: $300 per person 3-day hunt up to 2 birds.
